What every job delivers

Bare-earth DEM, DSM, and canopy height model (GeoTIFF, to 25 cm)
A per-cell DEM-uncertainty raster (where the surface is well-supported vs canopy-interpolated)
An 8-class ASPRS classified point cloud (ground · low/med/high vegetation · building · water · road · power line)
CAD/survey export: DXF + LandXML (State Plane ftUS), GeoTIFF, FGDC metadata
An accuracy report (Word) following ASPRS 2014 & 2023, with an AI-assisted plain-language read-out

On request, per job

Datum/geoid — NAVD88 orthometric heights via GEOID18 (per-cell)
Validation — your survey control points and/or an independent USGS 3DEP cross-check
Change detection — erosion / deposition / canopy vs a prior survey or 3DEP
Difference layers — signed DEM/DSM differences vs 3DEP or another dataset
True-colour — drape a no-RGB cloud in colour from public imagery (visual layer only)
